Replace flower gardens with 'food garden'

In the interests of healthy living in a practical but enjoyable manner, I’ve found myself wondering on various alternatives or little ways on improving our home to be a fortress of health.

After all, it’s the little things that count. 😉

Anyway, so my brother has a small herb plantation in the garage, and I had caught myself thinking several times in the past to turn our rather plain garden into one vibrant with life, “life” on all levels. As such, when I spotted this post from my colleague, who runs the “creative life solutions” online magazine CSR Life, I knew it would be featured one day or another.

The wonder word “organic” became a household name as the revolution of healthy eating buzzed everyone in the past years. From food, cosmetics, up to anything that may involve product from nature, people really prefer the word “organic.”

Together with the idea of all-natural ingredients, health-centric individuals really find ways to put chemical-free food on their plates. This starts with the reduction of fast food and ready-to-eat commodities. This form of detox demands scrutinized selection. Some people complain that healthy munches are pricier; think of specialty restaurants for dieters and vegetarians that are located in certain places only.
